Bill is a full-time volunteer. He and his wife Juanice have been responsible for the accounting function of the church since its inception. They were a part of the original core group of people who started the church at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Encampment as a mission of First Baptist Oak Cliff in 1993. The growth, personally and spiritually, that has occurred during these years of the Lord’s leading and molding this church body has been drawing Bill into a very strong desire to participate more fully and meaningfully in the day-to-day life of the church.
Bill and Juanice have two daughters, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Bill has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois. He worked in the steel industry for 40 years in various management roles relating to the operations, maintenance, and construction of steel melting and rolling facilities. He retired in 2003; and thus, he has the opportunity to dedicate his time to church work. Administration and finance are his main focus; although, he also participates in the construction, building maintenance, and custodial areas as well.
